Joanna Allen has been a member of Temple Church for almost two years now. After serving overseas for 12 years, she and her family moved back to Arkansas to be a part of what the Lord is doing in Rogers and the surrounding areas.
Having grown up in Conway, Arkansas, Joanna earned a BS in Music Education from the University of Central Arkansas. She currently home schools her two children, Carly, age 18, and Caleb, age 15. She also teaches private music lessons and has 15 piano and voice students. At Temple, she helps in the children’s, the women’s and the music ministries.
Joanna and her husband, Wade, have been married for over 22 years. In her spare time her favorite things to do are play the piano or violin, sing with her kids, cheer on the Arkansas Razorbacks and her other favorite sports teams, travel, communicate with her friends around the world, eat sushi, go to garage sales, ride roller coasters, play games and spend time at home with her family.
