I am a transplant of 22 years to Northwest Arkansas from Southwest Louisiana. We moved to this area when I finished college and got my first teaching job in Green Forrest. My husband, D.D., was a bi-vocational minister/carpenter. He pastored churches in Arkansas and Louisiana for 30+ years until his death in 2000.
I am a mother to 3 awesome sons, 3 great daughters-in-laws, 6 totally awesome grandsons and 3 beautiful eyes granddaughters. I cannot imagine life without any of them. I retired after teaching for 22 years in 2014, 17 of which were for the Rogers Public Schools.
