For better or worse, our lives are filled with moments. Some are minor but others are far more significant; life-changing moments that we look forward to most of our lives such as a wedding, the birth of a child, or a graduation. These moments carry a measure of expectation and uncertainty of what lies ahead or if circumstances will be all that we hope or dream. Instead, God’s instruction included meditating on His Word day and night. Why this? What is so significant about meditation and how is it different than what we see portrayed in Hollywood or in Eastern cultures?
